"My dad was a brick mason, so I spent many days as a kid on a jobsite. I've always loved being able to step back at the end of the day and see what you were able to accomplish. Seeing a building completed is incredibly fulfilling, but building the team has become my favorite part of the process. Assembling the right partners and getting everyone aligned on the project goals is the most important step to delivering what we promise. Building those relationships—with our team, clients, and partners—allows us to successfully navigate the challenges that all projects inevitably face.
