This outpatient clinical operation will provide specialized care and wellness services to meet  diverse community needs. Executed in partnership with Lee & Associates, this two-story medical office building in the Sawmill mixed-use development will house leading medical professionals providing tailored care in a healing-focused environment—from orthopedics to women, infant, and children (WIC) consultations and advanced mammography services.

Similar to Sawmill 1, we partner to represent the interests and needs of the Roper St. Francis tenant, and those of its diverse medical professionals, through the design and construction process.
