"I come from a family of engineers, architects, and developers—instilling a deep appreciation for the construction industry from an early age. As a child, I was drawn to jobsites and heavy machinery, but eventually my focus shifted to the significance of the people and communities in our industry. While engaged in building tangible structures, the core of our industry is undeniably about relationships and collaboration. It is truly rewarding to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. On any given day, I have the privilege of participating in field meetings with experienced foremen and engaging with leadership and C-suite executives. This work is truly dynamic—and that’s why I love it."
