"I love seeing buildings come together and physical environment be created and transformed. I went to school for engineering because I enjoyed and was good at math. But after interviewing  at a design office and seeing a sea of cubicles, I moved to the building side and never looked back. I love that we can see the product of our work take shape and fulfill its purpose. My approach is about getting things done and working for today, not putting things off until tomorrow. Developing strong team relationships makes this possible. We are all people, not just players on the team. When we can all bring our different strengths and perspectives to the table to work for the project, the best decisions—and why—become obvious."
