Replacing a previously engaged owners rep, we joined the Trella Uptown team to help address challenges that threatened the schedule. The five-over-two Class A apartment building is funded through a unique public-private partnership and will deliver much needed affordable housing to one of Charlotte's booming cultural centers. Focusing on alignment, we rallied the existing team around the end vision, empowering and participating in collective problem solving to get the project moving again. The 353-unit community will complete in late 2025 and serve a wide range of incomes with amenties including a pool, playground, dog park, and pickle ball.
