''As a kid, the world of building fascinated me. My friend's dad had a construction company and working for him in high school inspired me to pursue this path. I was lucky to find what I love at such a young age and be exposed to a variety of complex projects early on in my career. Shifting to an owner's rep role seemed like a natural fit for my experience, interests, and ambitions—and it's been incredibly fulfilling. I love interacting with different people and personalities and seeing projects through from conception to completion. I get to help the team maintain focus on the big picture vision and join them in the weeds along the way to push, prompt, and problem solve our way to success."
