Following a grant award of $2M in federal funding, the Stratford Richardson YMCA partnered with Atrium Health to develop a new community health clinic on their existing campus. Site, core and shell, and up-fit development were contracted to the same civil, architectural, and general contractor teams, with Storey PM engaged to guide the process and ensure timely delivery. Through diligent management, the team navigated lead time challenges with utility providers and the procurement of a rooftop unit needed to begin interior finishes on schedule--meeting the deadline and saving the owner $186,794 over the course of the project.
