I've always been in awe of what a team can build. Seeing an idea or concept turn into a tangible, functional, and artistic space is no small feat. I experienced it first-hand on the client side as a healthcare team leader and was inspired to venture into the construction world. My healthcare experience and strength as a leader led me to project management—first in equipment planning and then as an owners rep—where I can use my skills to develop, design, and deliver some amazing projects. The design process remains my favorite part. Creating a functional space requires tireless effort and a deep understanding of how to meet the needs of many to care for the needs of one—and it's incredibly rewarding.
