The Stratford Richardson YMCA will be expanding their campus to include a freestanding health clinic in partnership with Atrium Health. The YMCA will be providing site improvements, along with a core and shell building that will be upfit with a community health clinic. The project will be managed using federal funds and will require collaboration between the YMCA and Atrium in utilizing the same general contractor for two separate owner contracts.
